Hi! My name is Amber Samaroo and I started Sunnyside Sweet Shoppe along with my husband Kevin in 2016 out of our one bedroom apartment in Queens, NY. Now after relocating to Trumbull, CT in 2017 with our two sweet boys, we still kept our name but now operate under a cottage food license. We do not currently have a storefront, but hopefully one day!

After much personal tragedy growing up, I’m constantly reminded that each day is a gift and life is worth celebration. We bake every confection that goes out our door from scratch, and treat every event as if it were our own, providing quality and excellence down to the smallest detail.
